I'm going to be taking a break for a couple of weeks to focus on some other projects, some of which you may hear about here. In the meantime, don't forget to go read Atrios, Cursor, Robot Wisdom, This Modern World, All Africa - Africa News, etc... The Atlantic Monthly and the New Yorker (for Seymour Hersh, among others) are also highly recommended. The Independent is one of my favorite online rags (they publish Robert Fisk's articles, among others), as are the Register and the Inquirer, which write about tech news. Another favorite tech rag is NTK, which also has some great shirts. Finally, if all that politics and news gets you down and you want some new music, I highly recommend Turntable Lab. They have previews of most stuff they sell, but more importantly they have good taste.
