Update: A Google News search turned up this article, which quotes El-Baradei.

This morning, Mohammed El-Baradei said in his testimony that the documentary evidence claiming Iraq sought to obtain uranium from Niger was faked -- that's right, faked. We'll put up a link to the text of his presentation as soon as its available.
